The name “Rainbow Girls” can be misleading. With soaring harmonies and a slew of instruments, these gals weave their way through multiple musical genres, from rock n’ roll to folk, Americana to funk, psychedelic to world.  The ladies came together at an underground open mic in Santa Barbara in December of 2010 and spent the following summer busking and couch surfing around Europe. Since then they have morphed from an acoustic street band into an electric, foot stomping spectacular, complete with plenty of mayhem, the juggling of instruments, and an entire spectrum of original music.
