After purchasing Jerry Lee Lewis’ record entitled Mean old man, dutch piano-player and singer Jeroen Sweers erected tribute band Them Lewis Boys in 2010 together with bass-player Rene Postma, drummer Matthias van Olst and guitar-player Willem de Roode.
Since then the band has played on many festivals in Holland and the rest of Europe paying tribute to the one and only ‘ killer ‘. It doensn’t matter where the band is kicking and screaming, the people always seem to recognize and appreciate the music of this ‘ wilde one’ of the rock n roll era.
If anyone were to “ rattle your brain “ it would be Jerry Lee Lewis. A crazy haired, piano playing, angel-devil of rock ‘n’ roll, country and rhythm & blues. This man broke the charts in all three categories. His performances go down in history as the raunchiest, stomping shows ever seen.

With piano, electric bass, electric guitar and drums, Them Lewis Boys captures the live energy of Jerry Lee’ s performances in the fifties and sixties.
