Chalkface was formed in 2009. They have played at a variety of functions ranging from local pubs to festivals. They even managed to get a support slot with Glenn Tilbrook (Squeeze) at the DN7 Festival in Doncaster. The band take their influences from a variety of sources such as – The Stone Roses, The Smiths, New Order and Happy Mondays, Spiritualized, The Verve and others!
