Phillipa is also a member of Zawe; a Birmingham-based six-piece band with music rooted in folk and an infusion of soul. Lead vocalist and guitarist Philippa Zawe’s lyrically-driven and personal songs take influence from the likes of Otis Redding, Joan Armatrading and Rachel Sermann.
