I can tell you that The Harringtons are three lads who grew up streets apart in a small mining town near Sheffield, all from humble homes the boys have set their sights high and followed their dreams. The young lads already have nearly 3 decades of musical experience between them – all playing since primary school. Jack is the lead singer and also the lead guitarist, a role dropped on him as another guitarist left the band hours before their first show, since then Jack has advanced and adapted to sing and play lead riffs together. Jordan, the drummer, has been friends with Jack since primary school where he too began playing his instrument – encouraged and inspired by his granddad who still drums in a band to this day. Finally, Brad on bass, Mr. Cool loves nothing more than playing bass, it’s what gets him up in a morning and what he dreams of at night. The two met Brad at secondary school and that’s when they began playing together and eventually formed the band. Since then the boys have been up and down the country hitting places hard with their original material. The band’s manager said: “The best bit for me is the shock on peoples faces after that first song, and you can tell that nobody expected such a big sound from 3 young lads”. There’s a lot happening for the band this year: they’ll be gigging non-stop with shows all around the UK and there’s also plenty of festivals coming up for them this summer! So keep an eye out!
